This website contains a total of SIX HOURS of continuing education for pest control
advisors and pest control applicators practicing in Arizona and California.
The hours for Arizona meet the requirements for California and vice versa.
The hour courses will include the hour's text and an exam. You can copy and take the
exam at your leisure. No meeting to attend. Send the completed exam or exams (not a
copy of the courses) with a copy of the registration form and a check for $10.00 per
hour and a $5.00 handling fee. The one time fee is for any future hours you take during
2008.
If you take one hour the total cost is $15.00. If you take 2 Hours the cost is $25; 3
Hours the cost is $35; 4 Hours the cost is $45; 5 Hours the cost is $55 and 6 Hours the
cost is $65.
Make out the check to Tim Braun.

We can meet with you (if you are in the Yuma area) The handling fee when we go
out to meet with you is $20.00. Your hours still have a cost of $10.00/hr.
Procedure for getting your hours:
1. Click (CEU PESTICIDE COURSES)
2. Click hour selection (name of hour) On bar
3. Click Hour's Exam.
4. Copy exam.
5. Click Hour Selected.
6. Read as you take exam. Test sentences are in sequence.
7. Sign completed Exam
8. Click (REGISTRATION FORM)
9. Copy and fill out one registration form.
10. Mail registration form, Completed exams only (not the courses) and a check to
Tim Braun; 2901 S. Hope Drive; Yuma, AZ 85364 I'll mail you signed approved forms.
We'll sign and send to you the required certificates for your licenses. We keep copies
of completed tests and forms for three years.
