This website contains a total of SIX COURSES Each course has ONE HOUR of continuing
education for pest control advisors and pest control applicators practicing in Arizona.
The hour courses will include the hour's text and an exam. You can copy and take the exam at
your leisure. No meeting to attend. Send the completed exam or exams (not a copy of the
courses) with a copy of the registration form and a check for
$10.00 per hour plus a $5.00 handling fee.
If you take one hour the total cost is $15.00. If you take 2 Hours the cost is $25.00; 3 Hours the
cost is $35.00; 4 Hours the cost is $45.00; 5 Hours the cost is $55.00 and 6 Hours the cost is
$65.00.

Procedure for getting your hours:
1. Click (CEU PESTICIDE COURSES)
2. Click Course selection
3. Click Coourse's Exam.
4. Click Edit, Then Click Select All, Then, Click Copy.
5. Set Up New Page, Click Edit, Then Click Paste
6. Select Top Boxes of Copied Page, Click Edit, Then Click Cut. (This will give you one full page
with the exam. Click Print.
7. Go Back to the web and click the course.
8. Read as you take exam. Test sentences are in sequence in the course.
9. Complete and Sign completed Exam
10. Click (REGISTRATION FORM) If you are new to our program,
Copy and fill out one registration form.
11. Mail registration form, completed exams only (not the texts) and a check to

(Fold and use a regular size envelope. Save on postage.)
We'll sign and send to you the required certificates for your licenses with stamped and
addressed envelopes. We keep copies of completed tests and forms for three years.
